Here is a simple life-changing habit — sleep an hour before you normally do, and then see what happens.
Not convinced? For a few days, log what you do between 7 pm and the time you go to sleep. Chances are, a lot of that evening time just goes waste on doomscrolling, Netflix binge, and the like.
If you sleep and wake up an hour earlier, you have one extra hour of calm mindful space. You can use that time to meditate, work out, read, or do anything you love.
Sleeping and waking up early have worked for me superbly but I don’t claim to have the right answer for you.
So don’t take my word for it — but try it out and see for yourself. Your experience will not lie.
