I have been working out regularly for more than a decade but it took years of struggle to make meditation a daily habit. Without guidance, it was really hard – every time, I would try but give up after a few days.
But once I started reading some of the Buddhist texts and combined it with practice, I finally made progress. Without exaggeration, even as a beginner, I can say that meditation is one of the most worthwhile things I have learned.
I would urge you to start doing meditation every day. Don’t expect any magic — give it time. It is like planting a seed; it takes time but the fruits will come for sure.
