Hi, I’m Rajan Singh, an ex-IPS officer turned entrepreneur at HabitStrong. I have built this ‘Become a Morning Person’ bootcamp from my own experience and experimentation. I credit my life today to my morning routine. Without working out, meditating, and journaling regularly – I would not be what I am today.

I created this bootcamp because even when we know that this morning routine is a game-changer, most people fail to adopt it. Become a Morning Person gives you a scientific step-by-step framework to follow – no overthinking needed. It’s a system that just works, if you follow it.

Becoming A Morning Person is a LIVE morning mindfulness meditation program. We start the day at 5 AM or 6 AM Indian Standard Time.
Some participants outside India enroll because they want to join the meditation. If you want to attend the meditation at 5 AM or 6 AM IST in your local time, you are welcome to enroll. Please mention this in your application and we will consider it.

The guided meditation sessions are led by qualified and experienced meditation guides who have undergone a rigorous selection process.
