You may read in your leisure time; it defines the importance of Mindfulness and daily routines for betterment. Eight hours of seamless sleep, nutrition rich food on time, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, listening to one spiritual song everyday: inculcating these good habits yields positivism and mindfulness. Spirituality gives inner strength and brings a realistic smile on face. 1) Body needs Nutritious Food, Physical work(yoga or exercise or jogging) and 8 hours of seamless sleep. 2) Mind needs relaxation(achieved through meditation); 8 hours seamless sleep is also a prerequisite for a healthy mind, positive environment and people around. 3) Spirit needs Prayers, listening to one devotional song a day and faith/belief on Spirituality. The above three are basic needs; fulfilling these are prerequisites for positivism, progressiveness and betterment. Neglecting these basic needs results in humans making wrong choices/thoughts, brings in negativism, stress and thereby invites troubles in life. Fulfilling these needs makes one responsible for his own life. Thus the simple way to take ownership on one's own life is to ensure consistent fulfillment of these needs (body's need, mind's need and spirit's need) everyday, which leads to mindfulness and positivism; and it ensures to eliminate all negative thoughts/choices/situations/circumstances/people and associated environment.
