Hi Aditya,
We have shared some audio notes covering this point. I will ask my colleagues to share dropbox links to the same.

Hi Aditya,
There are two powerful ways of increasing the retention of information:
1) Note-taking using active recall
This is a way to engage with the material while you learn. Pause in between and take quick and dirty notes, recalling the information in your mind. This helps reinforce the points you just covered.
Here is an audio note explaining the same: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pb9vz5ihirywcx1/Notes%20using%20active%20recall.mp3?dl=0
2) Feynman technique
Feynman Technique is a method for learning a concept quickly by explaining it to someone else. It is named after the Nobel Prize-winning physicist Richard Feynman who also had the great ability to explain complex ideas in simple intuitive ways.
