Hi HabitStrong community,
I am part of LAB6 program and following it closely as possible.
One of my reasons to join this program is to overcome laziness.
Currently, I am having a continous problem of feeling sleepy throughout the day which is a big barrier in achieving my weekly targets.
Also, while studying, my mind continously forces to take breaks and sleep for some time.
On Day 1, I tried to control it and didn't sleep.
But on Day 2, I slept for almost 5 additional hours and wasted that time.
Could you please guide on how to overcome this limitation and increase my productivity?
PS: I study on table chair, but after having some break (for meals or to check phone notifications), I go to bed and sleep for quite a long time.
